Dennis Pilz has passed through many different leading positions in a German corporation before turning his hobby into a profession. Today he is an active pilot and trainer on board the Airbus A320 of a low cost airline apart from his job at Cockpit4u.
Daniela Chmiel, the international tourism assistant with a master's degree of the University Birmingham/UK pulls the strings together. She plans the training and organizes all required processes, from the registration of our customers, scheduling the courses to the issue of the certificates. Her fluent English and Spanish conduce to deal with our international clientele and the foreign authorities.
Nicole Götsch is responsible for planning the training and organising all necessary processes - from the registration of our customers to developing training schedules and controlling the training procedures. Through experiences that she gained in international renowned air traffic companies she is able to give valuable expertise.
Janine Klemm is working since 2012 in the planning department of Cockpit4u. As a former service employee in air traffic, she is now responsible for the organization and planning of our courses and trainings. Here she benefits from her international experiences in aviation and tourism.
Nadin-Carolin Markuc supports the sales team as tourism and event manager and is always happy to help our trainees. Meanwhile, she is studying for her second master's degree in aviation management. In addition to her mother tongue German and Polish Nadin speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Lena Fiedler is responsible for marketing at Cockpit4u. After studying political science, she gained professional experience in public relations and as a journalist for regional newspapers. Furthermore, she supports the Customer Service.

Christos Diamantopoulos is the appointed Head of Training. He has the overall responsibility to ensure that the training is in accordance with regulatory requirements. His flying carrier started in 1990 on Boeing B737 and today he is a Captain on board the Airbus A320 of a German Airline. He also holds the type ratings on Airbus A380 and the privileges as a trainer and examiner. The center of his life is his familiy with whom he loves to travel the world with to balance his work life.
Carsten Schmidt is our Chief Flight Instructor and Deputy Head of Training. He began his flying career at his father’s soaring club and looks back on 30 years flying experience since then. He is an excited aerobatic pilot and participates frequently on several contests and championships when time permits. Today he is a Captain on board the Airbus A320 and A330 of a German Airline and also holds the type rating on Boeing B737. His studies of Aviation Safety Management tops off his wide Aviation know-how. At Cockpit4u he is responsible for the professional training and always lends an ear to trainees and instructors.
Dennis Baderschneider is our Airbus standardization instructor and responsible for the compliance of our training standards on the Airbus fleet. Using his extensive experience and flying skills he furthermore advises and supports the trainees and instructors.
Alexander Götsch, our Boeing standardization instructor is responsible for the compliance of our training standards on the Boeing fleet. Using his extensive experience and flying skills he furthermore advises and supports the trainees and instructors. Since more than 10 years he gains experience at various airlines on B737 and A320.
The instructors of Cockpit4u are active pilots for national and international airlines as well as former pilots with substantial knowledge. Due to our wide service portfolio of our company we have already 60 trainers and examiners, who transfer their practical expertise if necessary to experienced pilots and career starters. This enables Cockpit4u to have a comprehensive flexibility and rapidity to respond to individual customer requests.
