Cockpit4u is seeking Freelance SFI / TRI A320 or B737 Instructors to join our training team.
Minimum 2500 hours total time
Minimum 1500 hours with Multi-Pilot Aeroplanes (MPA)
Vaild SFI / TRI rating on A320 or B737
Must have the right to work and live in EU
Must have basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other internet based programs
Fluent in English, elementary German
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mind set
Excellent teaching and communication skills
Based in Germany/Europe (Greater Berlin is preferred)
Key Job Functions
Responsible for conducting pre and post flight briefings in a thorough, professional manner and in accordance with Cockpit4u standards.
Conducting each training session in accordance with the Cockpit4u, Aircraft Manufacturer or the customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as required.
Responsible for conducting classroom instruction
Providing ground and flight instruction for the issue of licenses, type ratings and certificates.
Completing the appropriate client training records accurately and comprehensively
Completing duties as assigned by the Head of Training
Cockpit4u is looking for Freelance Ground Instructors to teach the Theoretical Knowledge phase of the type rating, MCC and Jet Orientation Courses.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
Ground Instructors should have a minimum of 1.000 hours flying experience as a pilot, in Multi-Pilot Aeroplanes (MPA).
As an advantage:
Ground Instructors should hold, or have held, any one of the following qualifications:
Completion of the SFI / TRI core course “Teaching and Learning” mandatory; (could be provided by Cockpit4u as a scholarship)
Valid Type Rating A320 or B737
Strong preference will be given to current line pilots, especially on the A320 or B737.
