Cockpit4u appoints new Managing Director

Christos Diamantopoulos takes over the management of the renowned training center

Cockpit4u has appointed Christos Diamantopoulos as its new Managing Director. He takes over the position of Dennis Pilz, who has led the company since its founding in 2006. Christos Diamantopoulos previously held the position of Head of Training at Cockpit4u. During a 4-month transitional period, Dennis Pilz will accompany the management as an executive consultant.

Christos Diamantopoulos is looking forward to the new tasks: "It is a great honor for me. I've been following Cockpit4u since the company started 13 years ago. I have great respect for what we have achieved and I want to consolidate our significant market position with my team". In his new role, Christos Diamantopoulos will focus on developing and strengthening the company.

"Cockpit4u has established itself as a reputable brand in the professional aviation training market. In view of the rapidly developing market, competition is also changing. It is therefore important that we continue to expand our business and maintain our position as the best training provider”, said Pilz.

Dennis Pilz is convinced that the organizational change takes place at the right time. He is looking forward to spending more time with his family after 13 successful and exciting years.

Christos Diamantopoulos has been leading the training department at Cockpit4u for the past seven years. He began his flying career in 1990 on the Boeing B737-300 and in his new role he benefits from his practical experience as a captain on the Airbus A320.
